Linkup.dk ApS acts as the Data Controller for account, billing, and website usage data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679). For product catalog data uploaded to our service for enrichment, Linkup.dk ApS acts as a Data Processor on behalf of our business customers.
2. Information We Collect
We collect and process the following categories of data:
- Account & Registration Information: Your name, business email address, company name, phone number, and authentication details when you sign up or request a demo.
- Product Catalog & File Data: Excel (.xlsx), CSV, and reference PDF files you upload to PIMplify containing raw product specifications, titles, descriptions, and attribute fields for AI enrichment.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, access timestamps, and API token usage metrics for performance monitoring and security auditing.
- Payment & Billing Data: Transaction records, subscription details, and VAT numbers. All credit card processing is handled securely via Stripe. We do not store raw payment card numbers on our servers.
3. AI Data Guarantee (Zero Model Training)
We guarantee that your catalog data, product specifications, and proprietary copy remain 100% confidential.
- No Model Training: Your uploaded product data and AI prompts are NEVER used to train, retrain, or improve public Google Gemini, Vertex AI, or any third-party foundation models.
- Enterprise API Isolation: All AI processing is conducted via secure enterprise APIs on Google Cloud Platform with dedicated tenant isolation and strict access controls.
- Full Ownership: You retain complete, unencumbered ownership of all input catalog data and all AI-generated copy produced by PIMplify.

All data is hosted in EU-based data centers (GCP Europe / Firebase) with end-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
We work with trusted sub-processors that adhere to strict GDPR standards:
- Google Cloud Platform & Vertex AI (EU): Hosting, database storage, and AI inference execution.
- Firebase Authentication: Secure user sign-in and session identity management.
- Stripe Inc: Payment processing and invoice management.
Temporary batch processing files are automatically purged from server memory following batch completion or upon manual deletion by the user.
