Welcome to PIMplify ("the Service"). This service is operated by Linkup.dk ApS. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you sign up for PIMplify, we collect your email address and user ID provided by Firebase Authentication.
• Uploaded Data: We process the data from the Excel files you upload to provide the Service. This data is processed in real-time and is NOT permanently stored on our servers. Job history data (including uploaded data and results) for completed jobs is stored temporarily for 7 days to allow you to download your results and is then automatically deleted.
• Saved Guides & Settings: We store your saved global guides, field-specific guides, and API key in our database to provide a personalized experience across sessions.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service.
• To manage your account and your access to the Service.
• To process your uploaded files and generate AI-enhanced content.
• To personalize your experience by saving your guides and settings.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account information and saved guides are stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore. Your uploaded Excel data for active jobs is processed in a secure cloud environment and is not permanently stored. Completed job data is deleted automatically after 7 days. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

You can optionally provide your own Google Gemini API key, which is stored in our database. We take reasonable measures to protect this key, but we recommend you monitor its usage and secure it appropriately.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Gemini AI models to generate content. The data you select as "context" is sent to the Google AI API for processing. We do not control how Google processes this data. We recommend you review Google's API policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your account information. You can manage your saved guides directly within the application. To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us.
