What are the requirements for free custom API development?

If your store or PIM requires a direct API connector not yet in our standard library, we build it free of charge in exchange for an initial 6-month commitment on either DIY (€670/mo) or Done-For-You (€1,150/mo). Afterward, terms convert to standard month-to-month notice.

Is there any commitment on DIY or One-Off?

No. The DIY plan runs month-to-month and can be paused or cancelled anytime (unless a free custom API was developed, requiring 6 months). One-Off is a standalone project purchase with a fixed fee, zero recurring costs, and no subscription.

Can we start with One-Off and migrate to an ongoing plan later?

Yes. Many merchants start with a One-Off overhaul (€2,150) to clean up accumulated catalog debt. Once satisfied, they transition to DIY or Done-For-You to keep new arrivals consistently enriched.

Are there catalog size caps or hidden volume tier fees?

No arbitrary limits (like 1,000 or 5,000 SKU caps). PIMplify utilizes streaming architecture engineered to ingest, process, and export catalogs spanning 10,000 to 100,000+ items smoothly.
