Q:Is AI compute really included in the €670/month subscription?
Yes! In PIMplify, you are not charged arbitrary token markups or unexpected credit fees. Under a standard fair-use policy for an active online store, all Google Vertex AI compute is fully covered by your monthly platform fee.
Q:Is there any commitment or contract lock-in?
No. The standard Self-Service subscription is billed monthly in advance with zero lock-in—you can cancel at any time at the end of your billing cycle. If you request a custom direct API connector to your specific PIM/store, a 6-month initial commitment applies, followed by month-to-month.
Q:Which file formats and e-commerce platforms can I use?
All of them! PIMplify supports CSV, Excel (XLSX), and JSON. You can export from any system (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Akeneo, Plytix, Struct, etc.), upload to PIMplify, and download 100% import-ready files.
Q:What if we want a direct API integration?
If you prefer automated syncing over manual file imports, we are happy to build a custom two-way API integration for your specific PIM or store platform. We provide this completely free of charge when you commit to a 6-month subscription.
Q:How many products can we enrich per month?
Our fair-use policy covers typical catalog management needs for an active commercial store (thousands of SKU enrichments and updates per month). If you operate a catalog exceeding 100,000 SKUs, we simply coordinate beforehand to provision adequate compute workers.
Q:Can we upgrade to One-Off or Done-For-You later?
Yes, anytime! If your internal team runs out of bandwidth and you prefer our specialists to manage and quality-check the entire catalog for you, you can seamlessly transition to our One-Off (€2,150) or Done-For-You (€1,150/mo) managed services.
